Return policy:
Roam Travel guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, we have a 15-day refund or replacement policy. Which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for this request, your item must be in good condition. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 832 Morningside Dr, Naperville, IL 60563.
If your request is approved, weβll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the full return shipping process including the label fee if you did not purchase the Roam Protection Plan. Items sent back to us without first filing a request will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged shipment:
We offer a 30-day warranty upon date of delivery against manufacturing defects or if you receive an incorrect product. You will be responsible for the full return shipping process including the label fee if you did not purchase the Roam Protection Plan. You must file for a return and select your reason as βDamaged or defectiveβ or "Received the wrong itemβ. You will still be responsible for returning the product within the 30 days of receiving your product, otherwise your return application will be denied. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
